We’re here! We’re open! And we understand why you may NOT be visiting.
But it’s OK. A lot of people simply aren’t going out just yet. Maybe you’re waiting on a vaccine. Maybe you are going out but only to certain places. Whatever the reason, we want you to know that we are here and when you’re ready, we’re taking your safety seriously.
If there’s one thing we have here at Ten Pin Alley it’s SPACE. Our patio opens to fresh air and each of our tables are spaced. Our indoor restaurant features high ceilings, an open floor plan and the tables are also spaced.
Masks are mandatory to enter. They may be removed once you’re settled at a lane or sitting and dining however, they must be worn if playing in the arcade or moving about the facility.
Here are some details about how each of our activities is affected and ways we’ve worked to make them safer for you and your family.
Bowling is available on every other lane. Due to limited lanes available reservations may be made in advance to secure your spot. Each lane includes a variety of weighted bowling balls. These are sterilized after each session is complete. Normally you would walk around and try to find the right ball – always an adventure, right? Keeping balls at the lanes prevents guests from doing this. We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope that you can make do with a size that is available. The entire area (scoring screen, couches and tables) are sterilized between each visit.
Masks are mandatory to play and move around the arcade. Where available we’ve spaced out our games so that more may be enjoyed, and it is not so crowded. In addition, the redemption store has been roped off. You may now “window shop” for your prizes while a masked staff member helps with your selection.
Families and friends may play together however no one outside your group may participate. You may remove your mask while playing a mission. Mission times have been adjusted to allow sterilization of the equipment in between missions.
Tables are spaced and for special events such as trivia nights we encourage reservations to avoid any confusion and overcrowding. Menus are disposable and condiments are no longer at the tables. Instead, ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper are provided as needed. Curbside carryout is also available. Our staff will bring the meal out to your car if desired.
Finally, each of our staff members is masked and continually cleaning to ensure as safe an environment as possible for you and your family. We thank you for your patience and continued support during this time.
